We are seeking an experienced Administrative Services Coordinator to join our team at Tabatabaee Immigration Services Inc.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding position that requires strong organizational and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including:

  • Reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective;
  • Delegating work to office support staff and establishing work priorities;
  • Ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met;
  • Administering policies and procedures related to the release of records;
  • Assisting in the preparation of operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Overseeing and co-ordinating office administrative procedures.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
