Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at MP Accounting and Finance Services Inc. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency

• Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet our organization's needs

• Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

• Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met

• Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report generation

• Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation

• Coordinate and plan for office services, such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services

• Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls

• Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence

Requirements:

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 to 2 years

• 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
