About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Lennox Irish Pub Ltd. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our menu offerings are of the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement new menu items and specials that showcase our Irish heritage and culinary expertise.
  • Culinary Leadership: Provide guidance and support to our kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our kitchen inventory, including food, supplies, and equipment, to ensure that we are operating efficiently and effectively.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Team Management: Supervise and manage our kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating their performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
