About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Sukhi Da Dhaba Restaurant & Sweet Shop Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our customers receive the highest quality food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes that showcase our restaurant's unique flavors and cuisine.

Staff Management

Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional food and service.

Inventory Management

Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.

Quality Control

Inspect and taste all dishes to ensure that they meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

Cost Control

Manage our kitchen budget to ensure that we are operating within our financial targets.

Requirements
  • Education

A culinary degree or equivalent experience is required.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Head Chef or equivalent role is required.

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

Leadership

Proven leadership skills, including staff management and training.

Communication

Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
