About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Receptionist at Roderick Brent Chiropractic Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Patients

Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.

Administrative Support

Assist with various administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies, receiving and issuing payments, and performing clerical duties such as filing and sorting mail.

Communication and Customer Service

Answer telephone calls and relay messages, respond to patient inquiries, and provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.

Reporting and Scheduling

Prepare and submit reports, book appointments, and maintain accurate records to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and previous experience in a healthcare setting is an asset.

Work Environment

Ability to work independently, under pressure, and as part of a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Physical Demands

Combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Personal Qualities

Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and time management.
