About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Receptionist to join our team at Roderick Brent Chiropractic Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient service and greet visitors in a professional manner
  • Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling patient communications
  • Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and mail distribution
  • Answer phone calls and respond to messages in a timely and courteous manner
  • Prepare and submit reports as required
  • Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience in a healthcare setting is an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
