About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Chiropractic Receptionist at Roderick Brent Chiropractic Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Patients

Provide a warm and welcoming experience for patients and visitors, directing them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.

Administrative Support

Assist with various administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies, receiving and issuing payments, and performing clerical duties such as filing and sorting mail.

Communication and Customer Service

Answer telephone calls and relay messages, prepare and submit reports, and book appointments in a timely and efficient manner.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Work in a fast-paced healthcare environment, requiring the ability to work independently, under pressure, and with attention to detail. The role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Personal Qualities and Skills

We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal skills, strong oral communication, and the ability to multitask and manage time effectively. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a high level of maturity and reliability.
