About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Chiropractic Receptionist to join our team at Roderick Brent Chiropractic Inc. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our chiropractors and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
  • Manage office supplies, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Process payments and handle financial transactions.
  • Perform various clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail.
  • Answer phone calls and relay messages to the appropriate staff member.
  • Prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate scheduling records.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliability and flexibility.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a chiropractic clinic.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and office software applications.
