Office Operations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Specialist to join our team at 5AAB CONSTRUCTION LTD. As an integral part of our office operations, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing data, and delivering exceptional customer service.
About the Role:
This role is ideal for a highly organized individual with strong communication skills who can work independently and as part of a team. You will be handling various administrative tasks, including data entry, bookkeeping, and preparing invoices and bank deposits.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Sort, process, and verify applications, receipts, and other documents with precision and accuracy
- Send and receive messages through various channels while maintaining confidentiality when necessary
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits, to ensure accurate financial records
- Prepare and format page presentations, compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Organize and schedule office work, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate with relevant experience in office administration
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word, with experience in data entry and bookkeeping
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude towards achieving goals
Working Conditions:
This role requires working on-site at our physical location, with no option for remote work. We offer a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
