Office Coordinator Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator Specialist to join our team at SDH Stucco. This is a permanent position with 32 to 40 hours of work per week.
- This role involves arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- The selected individual will be responsible for planning and controlling the budget and expenditures, as well as overseeing the preparation of reports and managing digital databases.
- As an Office Coordinator Specialist, you will provide customer service and maintain office supplies while ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Oversee the preparation of reports
- Maintain and manage digital database
- Provide customer service
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Arrange travel and related itineraries
- Direct staff and motivate them to achieve their goals
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
- Permanent employment status
- English language proficiency
