Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator Specialist to join our team at SDH Stucco. This is a permanent position with 32 to 40 hours of work per week.

  • This role involves arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • The selected individual will be responsible for planning and controlling the budget and expenditures, as well as overseeing the preparation of reports and managing digital databases.
  • As an Office Coordinator Specialist, you will provide customer service and maintain office supplies while ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Oversee the preparation of reports
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Provide customer service
  • Maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Direct staff and motivate them to achieve their goals

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment status
  • English language proficiency
