St John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada Team Cymru Inc Full time

Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Strategist for Cyber Threat Intelligence is responsible for being the expert voice in the market for our commercial Threat Feed and Attack Surface Management products, and supporting the teams focused on MSSPs and channel partnerships. This role requires understanding the buyer needs and customer personas to apply that knowledge to contribute towards content development, and equipping the Sales Team with appropriate tools and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain market intelligence: be the expert on our buyers, who they are, how they buy and their key buying criteria.
  • Understand the competitive landscape of Cyber Threat Intelligence and Attack Surface Management, and be an expert on our competition and how they are positioned.
  • Collaborate with product management and marketing communications to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas.
  • Research and document our buyer's process, including where they get information and the 'who, what, when and why' behind their decisions. Drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on this research.
  • Develop a comprehensive marketing plan for the products, collaborating with the marketing team to determine key activities and budgets to support customer retention and acquisition.
  • Assess the effectiveness of marketing programs, providing analytical metrics to support the business and reporting back on required changes.
  • Plan the launches of new products and releases of existing products, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement these plans.
  • Act as the primary thought leader for Threat Feed and Attack Surface Management Commercial products, preparing materials and research for speaking engagements and written works.
  • Support the sales team by training them on the problems we solve for our buyers and users, developing internal tools and external collateral, and teaching them how and when to use it.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with channel partners, including MSSPs.
  • At least 5 years of product marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a market-facing role (e.g., delivering presentations to customers and prospects, conducting competitor analysis and market research).
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties.
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Trello, GoogleDocs & Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Exceptional ROI-tracking skills, able to prove what is –or isn't—working.

Benefits and Perks:

  • We're a remote-first organization, offering flexible work arrangements.
  • Enjoy employer-funded health, dental, and vision benefits for yourself and your dependents.
  • Take advantage of 4 weeks of Paid Parental Leave.
  • Rest easy with life insurance coverage.
  • Plan for the future with a 401(k) that includes employer matching.
  • Earn rewards and bonuses for your hard work.
  • Take a well-deserved break with a generous vacation policy.
  • Invest in your professional growth with Career Development Training.

About the Role

This position is estimated to have a salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. The preferred location is Florida or East Coast states, with remote work options available. We offer a range of great benefits and perks for U.S. employees, including flexible work arrangements, employer-funded benefits, and opportunities for professional growth.
