National Public Relations Inc. is an award-winning full-service marketing and communications agency seeking a Senior Consultant, Marketing to join our Atlantic team.

This role offers the opportunity to plan and execute large-scale integrated consumer marketing campaigns for one of our largest clients, including owned, earned, and paid channels, experiential initiatives, and long-term strategy development.

We are expanding our team in Halifax or Saint John, New Brunswick, with a hybrid option available. Our ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, accountable, detail-oriented, and passionate about marketing.

  • 5-10 years experience in a marketing role
  • Experience or familiarity with the Atlantic Canadian tourism industry is an asset
  • Ability to develop communication plans and/or programs, with broad knowledge of branding principles, paid media strategies, and other marketing fundamentals
About This Opportunity

This is a senior-level position responsible for delivering strategic thinking, exceptional client service, and leadership within the marketing team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Account management and client relations
  • Marketing strategy and people management
  • Leading key client files and ensuring timely delivery to client deadlines
  • Developing strategies as required, including marketing communications strategies, brand strategies, campaign strategies, and creative briefs
  • Collaborating with public affairs, digital, creative, and research colleagues to support integrated communications strategies, campaigns, and brands
  • Working with the data and insights team to conduct research and report, measure, and optimize the success of integrated campaigns
  • Managing complex projects and proposing solutions for any client service problems that may arise
