Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales and client retention policies and strategies for the Corporate Accounts business unit, reporting directly to the Regional Vice-President, Business Development, Quebec.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Analyze bids and develop financial strategies for the group insurance market segment
  2. Plan and follow up on representation activities with assigned group insurance consulting firms
  3. Collaborate with consultants, advisors, plan sponsors, and internal operations teams to provide exceptional service to clients
  4. Promote products and services to clients and consultants
  5. Maintain quality professional relationships with all stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Excellent knowledge of the group insurance market and health services
  • Ability to manage business growth and development
  • Proficiency in MS-Office Suite and SalesForce
  • Bilingualism (English-French)
