Food Service Supervisor

DHANTI INVESTMENTS LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our food service team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food service operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and service.
Train and Develop StaffTrain and develop food service staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and quality control standards.
Estimate and Manage Food and SuppliesEstimate and manage food and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we meet our quality control standards.
Ensure Quality and Service StandardsEnsure that food and service meet our quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Manage Budget and ReportsPrepare and manage budgets and cost estimates, and prepare and submit reports on food service operations.
Maintain Records and InventoryMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and ensure that our inventory is properly managed.
Establish Work SchedulesEstablish and manage work schedules for food service staff, ensuring that we meet our operational needs.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service operations is required.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesFast-paced environment and standing for extended periods are required.
Personal SuitabilityEfficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, and team player are required.
