Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including training and development, to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and prepare high-quality food products.
  • Quality Control: Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
