We are seeking a seasoned business development leader to drive growth and expansion in our organization. As an Executive Business Development Leader, you will be responsible for building account plans, managing sales activity in CRM, and identifying opportunities to close new deals.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage individual sales activity in CRM, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of sales progress.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including responding to RFPs, creating proposals and presentations, and establishing relationships with clients and prospects.
  • Familiarity with technology trends and business models across various industries is essential.
  • Experience in evangelizing transformational ideas and building a vision for large enterprise clients, resulting in long-term value creation.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, combined with excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and negotiation abilities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
