Administrative Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team at Meridia Recruitment Solutions. As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Customer Interactions: Greet clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing and editing correspondence, managing databases, and performing word processing tasks.
  • Bookkeeping and Financial Management: Manage CRA information requests, process daily A/R and monthly statements, and perform basic bookkeeping duties, including bank reconciliations in QBO and QuickBooks desktop.
  • Office Operations: Track and order office inventory, manage office supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients, and work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-secondary education in business administration or accounting, or equivalent.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Pro, and experience with QuickBooks.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a multi-faceted role involving both bookkeeping and administrative duties, and experience interacting with CRA.
