Administrative Professional

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Professional to join our team at Meridia Recruitment Solutions. As an Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client and Customer Interactions: Greet clients and visitors, plan and organize meetings, and make meeting room reservations as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare and edit correspondence, proofread financial statements, and perform word processing tasks.
  • Bookkeeping and Financial Management: Process daily A/R and monthly statements, track and order office inventory, and manage CRA information requests.
  • Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our database.
  • Basic Bookkeeping: Perform bank reconciliations in QBO and QuickBooks desktop.

Requirements:

  • Education: Post-secondary education in business administration or accounting, or equivalent.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a multi-faceted role involving bookkeeping and administrative duties.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Adobe Pro, and QuickBooks.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, high level of organization, and superior customer service skills.
