Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Assistant Manager to join our team at D.D. (2019) Hospitality Corp. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure seamless hotel operations, including front desk duties, guest services, and housekeeping.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff in various areas of responsibility, including front desk, housekeeping, and food and beverage services.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Team Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure a high-performing team.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Work Setting: Hotel, motel, or resort environment.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and standing for extended periods.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, initiative, and team player.
The primary language of work is English.
