Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at D.D. (2019) Hospitality Corp. As an Assistant Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations
    • Supervise and manage staff in various areas of responsibility
    • Conduct training sessions to enhance staff skills and knowledge
  • Financial Management
    • Prepare and manage budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
    • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
  • Operations and Maintenance
    • Oversee maintenance activities and ensure that all facilities and equipment are in good working order
    • Organize and maintain inventory and supplies
  • Human Resources
    • Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff
    • Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments and ensure seamless communication
    • Establish and maintain effective relationships with staff, customers, and vendors
Requirements
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong financial management and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances

The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced hotel environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.
