Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily hotel operations, ensuring that they are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Supervise and Manage StaffSupervise and manage a team of hotel staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Conduct Performance ReviewsConduct regular performance reviews with staff to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback and coaching to help them develop their skills and abilities.
Negotiate with ClientsNegotiate with clients to secure bookings and ensure that their needs are met.
Develop and Implement Marketing PlansDevelop and implement marketing plans to promote the hotel and attract new customers.
Enforce Policies and ProceduresEnforce policies and procedures to ensure that they are being followed by all staff members.
Develop and Implement Business PlansDevelop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management role
LanguageEnglish
