Supervise and Manage StaffSupervise and manage a team of hotel staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Conduct Performance ReviewsConduct regular performance reviews with staff to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback and coaching to help them develop their skills and abilities.
Negotiate with ClientsNegotiate with clients to secure the use of our hotel facilities, ensuring that we meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Develop and Implement Marketing PlansDevelop and implement marketing plans to promote our hotel and attract new guests, working closely with the marketing team to ensure that our message is consistent and effective.
Enforce Policies and ProceduresEnforce policies and procedures to ensure that they are being followed by all staff, and take corrective action when necessary.
Develop and Implement Business PlansDevelop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve profitability, working closely with the finance team to ensure that our plans are aligned with the company's financial goals.
Work EnvironmentWork in a fast-paced hotel environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines to ensure that our guests receive exceptional service.
