Hotel Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Director to join our team at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel and Suites Victoria. As a Hotel Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Policies and Procedures
You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures for daily operations, ensuring that all staff are aware of and adhere to these policies.
Supervise StaffYou will be responsible for supervising a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
Conduct Performance ReviewsYou will be responsible for conducting regular performance reviews with staff, providing feedback and coaching to help them improve their performance.
Negotiate with ClientsYou will be responsible for negotiating with clients to secure bookings and ensure that their needs are met.
Prepare Marketing PlansYou will be responsible for preparing marketing plans to promote the hotel and attract new customers.
Implement Marketing ActivitiesYou will be responsible for implementing marketing activities, such as social media campaigns and email marketing, to promote the hotel and attract new customers.
Enforce Policies and ProceduresYou will be responsible for enforcing policies and procedures, ensuring that all staff are aware of and adhere to these policies.
Develop and Implement Business PlansYou will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
Requirements- 1-2 Years of Experience
You will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
Permanent PositionThis is a permanent position, offering a stable and secure career path.
English LanguageYou will be fluent in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
35-40 Hours per WeekYou will work 35-40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the hotel.
