Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Operations Manager to join our team at D.D. (2019) Hospitality Corp.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Operational Policies
Develop and implement effective policies and procedures for daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
Supervise and Train StaffSupervise and train a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the highest standards of service and quality.
Front Desk ManagementManage the front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, and providing exceptional customer service to guests.
Financial ManagementPrepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize financial performance.
Maintenance and Facilities ManagementOversee maintenance activities, ensuring the hotel's facilities are well-maintained and meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Staff ManagementRecruit, organize, train, and manage staff members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Work SchedulingEstablish and manage work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels and optimal resource allocation.
Inventory ManagementOrganize and maintain inventory, ensuring that all necessary supplies and materials are available when needed.
Departmental CoordinationCoordinate work activities with other departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements- Education
No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
ExperienceA minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role is required.
Work SettingThe ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Physical CapabilitiesThe candidate must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
Personal SuitabilityThe ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
