Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at Miller Paving Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the business by providing strategic HR guidance and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's objectives.
  • Provide guidance on talent acquisition, employee development, and employee relations to ensure a high-performing workforce.
  • Support the development of workforce plans and recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with management to facilitate favourable business outcomes through effective HR strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor relations, employment standards, and human rights legislation.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant HR experience, with at least 5 years in an HR Generalist capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
  • Ability to influence and work with diverse groups of senior management and staff.
  • Proven experience working in matrixed environments and with structured and unstructured organizations.
