CIMA+ is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support its growth objectives in Western Canada. This role will be responsible for providing coaching to the CIMA+ leaders and management team, as well as supporting employees in the region with all HR-related files.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a partner and coach for the management team, providing guidance on human resources management, including employee engagement, performance management, compensation, communication, training, and talent acquisition.
  • Develop a solid business relationship with managers and employees to maximize trust, engagement, and retention.
  • Understand the challenges of HR management in Western Canada and work closely with the HR team to implement customized solutions.
  • Identify risks and opportunities for improvement related to human resources management and support managers in addressing them strategically.
  • Represent the HR function and business sector in various mandates and projects, implementing resulting initiatives.
  • Act as an agent of change within a context of rapid growth, aligning with CIMA+ values and organizational culture.
  • Provide HR-related support to employees and remain up-to-date on current laws, regulations, best practices, and trends in human resources management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a HR Generalist or Business Partner role.
  • Understanding of Western Canada employment laws.
  • Strong business partnership and customer service orientation.
  • Autonomy, leadership, and influence skills.
  • Coaching and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop practice through creativity and innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a changing environment.
What We Offer

CIMA+ offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $90,000, based on experience, training, skills, and internal equity. We are committed to equal access to resources and opportunities for candidates, regardless of their identity. Accommodations are available on request.
