About the Role

Cinter Career Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled IT Project Manager to lead our technology initiatives and ensure successful project delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing IT projects within defined timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Ensure alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
  2. Execution & Monitoring: Oversee project execution, manage resources, track progress, and address any issues or risks that arise. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  3. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes. Facilitate meetings and ensure stakeholder expectations are managed effectively.
  4. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Assign tasks, set priorities, and provide guidance and support.
  5. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively address challenges and adjust project plans as needed.
  6. Quality Assurance: Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to organizational policies and best practices. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, status reports, and post-project reviews. Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects. Experience in Agile methodologies is a plus.
Skills
  1. Strong project management skills with a thorough understanding of project lifecycle and methodologies.
  2. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello).
  4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and handle changing priorities.
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
