Role Responsibilities

The Principal plays a crucial role within the leadership team of the Eastern Ontario Business Unit, responsible for aligning and executing the company's strategic priorities and initiatives.

As a leader, you will be instrumental in attracting, retaining, and inspiring a talented team of Project Leaders.

  • Oversee the recruitment and development of our skilled Project Professionals, ensuring all team members possess the required qualifications, training, and experience.
  • Implement performance management processes, including coaching and mentoring direct reports, providing constructive feedback, and motivating them to achieve their career aspirations.
  • Regularly report on the status of key projects, risks, and opportunities to the Vice President.
  • Support and execute corporate strategies and initiatives effectively.
  • Manage client relationships through the Account Management Program.
  • Engage with the local business community to enhance market presence and attract top talent.
  • Conduct financial performance reviews of the team against budget and business plans, ensuring efficient expenditure.
  • Maintain the profitability of delivery teams, aiming for a minimum project contribution of 65%.
Qualifications

We seek individuals with experience in sales, managing a segment of a business unit's P&L in alignment with key performance metrics. Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams while managing commercial risks is essential.
