About the Role

We are seeking an Agribusiness Sales Director to join our team at Grasslands Recruitment Specialists. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a sales leader to drive business growth and development in the Western Canadian market.

Job Description
  • Lead a high-performing sales team through recruitment, training, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement detailed sales strategies and budgets, while overseeing the operations of the sales team, Regional Sales Managers, and retail locations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An undergraduate degree in Business or Agriculture.
  • A minimum of 8 years in senior sales management roles, overseeing Sales Representatives from a regional or national sales perspective.
  • A minimum of 15 years in the agriculture sales sector with a strong understanding of the ag industry.
  • Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Canadian Residency.
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
