Overview

PepsiCo Canada is a leading beverage and snack food company with a strong presence in the Canadian market. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving business growth and success while delivering a positive impact on society.

The Sales Manager will lead the sales and distribution strategy for PepsiCo Beverages Canada, encompassing sales, customer service, and marketing equipment and warehousing operations. This role requires a strong talent pipeline of Frontline Supervisors for export to larger roles within PepsiCo.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary education in Business, with demonstrated people leadership capability, professional accomplishments, and solid leadership and interpersonal skills. A strong analytical and math skills background is required to build key insights for quarterly and annual operating planning, as well as previous experience managing a large-scale P&L.

Responsibilities
  • Maximize volume and revenue in a defined area in a direct store delivery go-to-market environment.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers in the region.
  • Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
  • Effectively lead delivery and merchandising operations through consistent delivery and merchandising standards in a Geo-Box environment.
  • Develop, motivate, and lead a large team of employees.
Qualifications
  • Post-Secondary Education in Business.
  • Demonstrated people leadership capability with a commitment to coaching and development.
  • Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative.
  • Solid leadership and interpersonal skills required.
  • Demonstrated analytical and math skills required to build key insights for quarterly and annual operating planning and previous experience managing a large-scale P&L.
