Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Exam Invigilator at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. As an Exam Invigilator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and security of our exams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and invigilate exams in a fair and impartial manner
  • Ensure exam materials are secure and confidential
  • Monitor exam rooms and candidates to prevent cheating and ensure exam integrity
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and respond to their needs in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth exam operations
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Effective organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with exam software
Working Conditions

As an Exam Invigilator, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts, including evenings and weekends. You will be required to work in a variety of locations, including exam centres and testing facilities.
