Senior Human Resources Strategist

As a Director, Human Resources Business Partner, you will lead a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality services and support regional teams in the Retirement division across Ontario, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan.

About the RoleThis pivotal leadership role drives organizational and people strategies, partnering with the Senior Leadership Team to align HR initiatives with business objectives while fostering a culture of collaboration, engagement, and growth. You will oversee, coach, and manage a team of regional HR professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality HR services, ensuring alignment with the organization's HR and labour strategy.

- Strategic Business Partnership: Build strong relationships with operational leaders, acting as a trusted advisor to the Senior Operations Leadership Team to align HR practices with business priorities.
- Change Management & Program Implementation: Deliver HR programs and initiatives through effective change management and communication strategies to ensure adoption and impact.
- Leadership Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to leaders on complex people-related matters, including performance management, team dynamics, and organizational effectiveness.
- Policy and Compliance Oversight: Ensure consistent application of HR policies, standards, and processes, ensuring alignment with the organization's purpose, vision, and values.
You bring 8+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in multi-site environments, including both unionized and non-unionized settings. You have at least 3 years of leadership experience, managing and developing a team of HR professionals. Your program management skills are exceptional, and you thrive in multi-tasking environments.

CompensationThe estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
