Optimize Wealth Management is a rapidly growing company in the downtown financial district, seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Corporate Development team.

We are looking for an energetic and driven individual who can contribute to the expansion of our Advisor base by showcasing Optimize's innovative Advisor Platform. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving growth through a collaborative sales approach.

The key responsibilities of this position include prospecting new and existing leads, performing follow-up calls, utilizing the CRM system, and executing targeted business development strategies. You will work within a team environment to meet and exceed company targets and objectives.

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years' industry/sales experience, superior ability to host sales presentations, strong ability to cold-call, passion for sales, excellent attention to detail, and experience using CRM systems. Additionally, you should be able to prioritize and work under deadlines.
