HR Support Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Support Partner to join our team at Elevated HR Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' HR needs and helping to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities- Client Projects: Provide support to clients on various HR projects, including people and culture programming, relationship management, and communication.
- HR Support: Assist with HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, benefits administration, and HRIS record maintenance.
- Employee Engagement Initiatives: Support the development and implementation of employee engagement programs that align with client values.
- Compliance and Policy Support: Provide foundational support in drafting and maintaining client policies and ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal regulations.
- Recruitment Assistance: Partner with the recruitment team to support hiring initiatives, including writing job descriptions, posting roles, screening applicants, and coordinating interviews.
- Project Management: Report on project plans, track progress against key milestones, and communicate updates to team members and leaders.
- Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to provide insights into trends and inform data-driven decisions.
- Quality Assurance: Review programs and assets created by the team to ensure alignment with client values and organizational needs.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed, including coordinating team meetings, documenting meeting notes, and preparing reports or presentations.
- Technical HR Knowledge: Demonstrate expertise in HR projects and solutions, including areas of expertise and education.
- Coaching: Outline leadership beliefs and experience in managing conflict and tricky situations.
- Project Management: Demonstrate experience in project management, including completed projects and role in those projects.
- Quality Assurance: Show attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Accessibility: Ability to travel to Edmonton and Calgary, with options to visit both locations with two weeks' notice.
- Competitive Salary: $65,000 to $80,000 base salary, plus bonus opportunities.
