Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Roots of Punjab Bar & Restaurant LTD. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute menus, estimating food requirements and managing inventory.
  • Supervise kitchen staff, providing training and guidance on food preparation, cooking, and handling.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Order supplies and equipment, managing inventory and records.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Recruit and hire staff, managing kitchen operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment, 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
