Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.

Team Leadership and Training

Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver high-quality dishes.

Inventory Management and Supply Chain

Manage inventory levels and order supplies and equipment to ensure seamless kitchen operations.

Quality Control and Assurance

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and quality.

Staff Supervision and Development

Supervise and develop kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles.

Customer Service and Experience

Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure exceptional customer service and experiences.

Requirements
  • Education

No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role is required.

Language

English is the primary language spoken in this role.

Work Hours

32-40 hours per week.
