Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at LA BAIA ITALIAN RESTAURANT LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen team and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our Italian cuisine
  • Oversee food preparation and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
  • Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure we have the necessary ingredients and equipment to meet customer demand
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and cooking techniques
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
