As a cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation. You will also be responsible for inspecting kitchens and food service areas to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety. Additionally, you will train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective operation of the kitchen. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and cleaning kitchen and work areas.
