Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
    • Plan and execute menu items, including determining portion sizes and costs.
  • Culinary Leadership
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers.
    • Ensure that all kitchen staff are following proper food safety and handling procedures.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
  • Quality Control
    • Inspect kitchen and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
    • Implement quality control measures to ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with our front-of-house team to ensure that our customers receive excellent service and that our kitchen operations are running smoothly.
    • Collaborate with our management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
