Northstar Wall Systems Ltd. is seeking an Administrative Officer - Operations Specialist to join our team.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, coordinating office services, and evaluating tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Implement New Administrative Procedures: Develop and implement effective administrative procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate Office Services: Plan and coordinate office services including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services.
- Evaluate Tasks: Monitor and evaluate tasks to ensure they are completed efficiently and effectively.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Setting: Experience working in a construction company.
This is a permanent position requiring 40 hours of work per week.
Language SkillsThe primary language of work is English.
Estimated Salary Range$60,000 - $80,000 per year based on location and experience.
