Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Magnum Transhaul Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating office services, administering policies, and ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office services: Plan and coordinate office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Administer policies: Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
- Ensure administrative procedures: Ensure that administrative procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word
