Job Description

This position involves coordinating various administrative tasks and procedures, prioritizing workloads, and overseeing the execution of daily activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Review and evaluate new administrative procedures, delegate tasks to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Procedure Development: Establish work priorities and develop procedures to maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Data Management: Assemble data, prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence, and oversee office administrative procedures.
  • Experience and Education: Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role, with a secondary school graduation certificate.
Benefits and Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary, estimated at $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
