Job Description

The Front Office Team Lead is a key role within the hotel, responsible for driving guest satisfaction and ensuring seamless operations. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide the Front Office team to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high levels of guest satisfaction by ensuring that all Front Office team members are providing excellent service.
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages collaboration and open communication among team members.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Front Office, including managing front desk procedures, coordinating with other departments, and implementing Coast Hotels' policies and procedures.
  • Train and develop the Front Office team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a hotel leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and PMS software.
Estimated Salary:

$50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
