Job Title: Front Desk Agent
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Coast Hotels. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle guest check-ins and check-outs, and process payments.
- Housekeeping: Ensure that guest rooms are clean and tidy, and that linens and towels are restocked.
- Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
