Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager - Audio Visual to join our team at Paladin Technologies. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex audio visual projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and supervise audio visual installations, ensuring high-quality results and client satisfaction.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on budget.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
  • Lead and mentor a team of technicians, project coordinators, and subcontractors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project goals are met.
  • Ensure all installations meet industry standards and client specifications.
  • Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to guarantee the highest level of workmanship.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and change orders.
  • Provide detailed reports to senior management on project performance and outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of audio visual project management experience.
  • PMP certification or an approved application from PMI is preferred but not required.
  • CTS or CTS-I certification is preferred but not required.
  • Additional industry certifications.
  • Stellar customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter and ability to work independently.
  • High-level time management skills.
  • Ability to operate independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to remain calm and use sound judgment when addressing potentially volatile issues.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical or other project-related issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Projects, and Microsoft Visio/AutoCAD/DTools viewing.
