Job SummaryThe Senior Audio-Visual Project Manager will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that all projects are completed to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- AV Installations: Coordinate and supervise AV installations, ensuring all work is completed to high standards.
- Project Budgeting: Manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within scope and on budget.
- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of technicians, project coordinators, and subcontractors, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to complete their tasks.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.
- Quality Control: Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to guarantee the highest level of workmanship.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, progress reports, and change orders.
- Reporting: Provide detailed reports to senior management on project performance and outcomes.
- Experience: 5-8 years of Audio-Visual Project Management experience.
- Certifications: PMP certification or an approved application from PMI is preferred but not required.
- Skills: Stellar customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, self-starter, high-level time management skills, ability to operate independently and as part of a team.
