Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our construction projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project stakeholders and ensure effective communication
  • Administer contracts and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and resource plans
  • Manage project budgets and forecasts
  • Ensure project closeout and document control
  • Manage logistics and procurement
  • Select and manage subcontractors

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a project manager
  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Project Management, Construction Management, or related field
  • Proven safety record and knowledge of safety protocols
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with lump sum contracts
  • Experience with Primavera P6 for scheduling and resource loading
  • Experience managing high voltage energy generation and transmission projects
