Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for communicating with internal and external customers via multiple mediums, managing daily service levels, and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other mediums
  • Manage daily service levels and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Perform back-office tasks as required to complete customer interactions
  • Educate customers on processes, ordering platforms, and products offered by FCT
  • Review existing transactions and address customer issues, escalating when necessary
  • Stay up-to-date on policies, procedures, and best practices

Requirements

  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • 1 year of experience in title insurance, real estate, or residential lending
  • 1 year of data entry experience
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French (bilingualism an asset)
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work between 8 am and 9 pm EST, Monday to Friday
