Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers and providing advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and report suspicious activity
  • Comply with regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • No prior experience necessary; post-secondary degree or certification in a related field is desirable
  • High-level knowledge of personal, commercial, and partner offers
  • Confident and experienced in the use of digital tools and applications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
