About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Public Sector team at SAP SE. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the public sector market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategies
    • Develop and execute effective account plans to deliver revenue targets and drive sustainable growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in the public sector.
  • Trusted Advisor
    • Establish deep understanding of customer requirements and provide value-driven solutions.
    • Develop and maintain accurate account information and coaching to drive future business opportunities.
  • Customer Acumen
    • Understand each customer's technology footprint, strategic growth plans, technology strategy, and competitive landscape.
  • Territory and Account Leadership
    • Lead designated territory, including accounts, account relationships, prospect profiling, and sales cycles.
  • Business Planning
    • Develop and deliver comprehensive business plans to address customer and prospect priorities and pain points.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions.
  • Public sector industry and domain experience required.
  • Proven track record in business application software sales.
  • Experience in lead role of a team-selling environment.
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market.
  • Business-level English and French: Fluent.
  • Local language: Fluent, Fluent preferred.
